CODIGO NEGRO

Snayder Eduardo Perdomo, artistically known as CÓDIGO NEGRO, is a prominent Dominican urban artist recognized for his unique style and impact on the music industry in his country. Born in the Dominican Republic in 1993, he began his musical career at the age of 13 as part of groups like Badboys and Los Raperos. At the age of 17, he decided to pursue his path as a solo artist and released his first single, “ENPOSICION,” which catapulted him to fame in various sectors of his country and provided him with the opportunity to collaborate with prominent figures in urban music such as Ceky Viciny, Bulin47, TiviGunz, Mayor Clásico, Lírico en la Casa, and Musicólogo “El Libro”. CÓDIGO NEGRO is recognized not only for his original style in the dembow genre but also for his versatility in rhythms. He has participated in compositions such as “Que Se Mueran de Envidia” by Paramba ft. Daddy Yankee and “El Sonido de la Lata” by artist Príncipe Baru. In 2021, he signed his first digital distribution contract with the renowned record label Warner Music Chappell under the management of D7Music. Among his notable works are songs like “Gitana” and “Ojo Chino”.
